Tristan took advantage of the time listening to conference working on his favorite project: Halloween. Last year he envisioned some pretty detailed stuff but didn't have the time or resources to pull it together. However, after a little collecting and a few supply trips he managed to pull together a few pretty sweet decorations for this year. I just have to brag a little about his creative talents and be sure he is thoroughly embarrassed :).
The Haunted Coo-Coo Clock:
The gargoyles, pumpkins and bats were all hand sculpted.
Unfortunately my photographical skills don't do these decorative pieces the justice they deserve. They look much cooler in real life.
We may need to add just a touch of spiderwebs to complete the full effect.
Happy Haunting!

That's super cool. I always want to decorate for holidays/seasons, but I'm not very consistent about it. That's so cool that Tristan is really into it. BTW, do you know when this baby is coming?
ReplyDeleteWhat are they sculpted out of? They are really cool.
ReplyDeleteWe're scheduled for a C-section Wednesday, my mom is flying in today and we wanted to get decorations up before the craziness started.
ReplyDeleteTristan used sculptor's clay. A familiar medium for him. :)
