Monday Kalia had her first eye doctor appointment thorough the infantsee program. The exam went without a hitch. She sat still through it, didn't cry when she got dilation drops put in, and got a clean bill. The doctor really enjoyed working with her. After the appointment was over and they were walking us out they gave us the awesome shades (though it was cloudy outside and not necessary) She didn't seem to mind the glasses and left them on. Since Daddy was studying in the building next to the eye school, we decided to visit him. Most of the students were pretty surprised to see such a young and distinguished looking scholar in their midst (once she had alerted everyone to her presence). Though I must admit I was slightly embarrassed under so many gazes. But she looked so cute in those glasses I couldn't help but smile sillily.
