Our Ward was participating in the jr. parade for the Strawberry festival. The theme was Strawberries of the Round Table. It was great fun. Kalia liked the popsicle at the end the best and wasn't really excited to be in the parade. I guess we haven't watched enough.
Saturday morning was warm as we waited for the Grand Parade to begin. We were adopted by one of Tristan's patients that we happened to see first. They invited us to sit with them. Tristan was coaching the girls on the art of candy gathering. They really enjoyed scrambling after dum dums and strawberry candies.
Next year we need to remember to bring water!
