When we got married we received furniture from lots of family. We were grateful but looked forward to having our own. We've talked about it for a while, debated the fate of the chairs as we face a new move. Should we try to sell them and use the money to buy a new set? But this route didn't seem very likely, since the cost of a new dining set will be out of reach for a while. In the mean time we decided to make over our table and 4 chairs. Since we haven't actually seen our new place or have a plan of what it's going to look like, we decided to prime them and hope it looked somewhat finished for the meantime.
Tristan stripped the seats and sanded. Kalia came to help with the painting.
We may repaint to a dark brown. Comments?
